Washington National Opera / Domingo-Cafritz Young Artist Program staged an intimate in- concert production of The Consul at The Kennedy Center’s The Reach. Lead by the visionary Artistic Director Francesca Zambello, who is widely regarded as one of the leading opera stage directors in the world. This concert was first produced as a private performance for the Supreme Court, later played at the Hilton Performing Arts Center, and finished the limited run with a one night only performance at Smithsonian’s Renwick Gallery.

Ryan worked with Mrs. Zambello to choreograph a magical montage of classic tricks to highlight the aria “My Charming Ma’moiselle” with lead tenor, Matt Pearce.
